These general conditions of purchase are intended to describe and inform the user of the conditions that apply to purchases of products available on the web. These conditions are complemented by the information contained in the legal notice and the privacy policy, and with that for each particular product. Both the general conditions of purchase, such as those met in the legal notice, may be modified at any time by LIMERENCIA, and will be published immediately so that they can be known without explicit notice.

The user agrees to comply with these general conditions, as well as the conditions contained in the legal notice of this website, with good faith in the purchase. The validation of the purchase implies acceptance of these general conditions and constitutes proof that the customer knows and accepts them.


All purchases made through are subject to current Spanish and Community regulations, as well as all other legal provisions that affect international transactions.

The products offered on the website, as well as their characteristics and sales prices, will be included in it. The shipping costs will be borne by the customer unless the volume is specified otherwise on the web. The shipping costs will be automatically calculated and the customer will be duly informed at the time of purchase. The prices of the products offered on the website are subject to the legally established VAT valid at all times.

LIMERENCIA reserves the right to modify, without prior notice, the products contained and offered on the web. In this way, new products may be added or ceased to be offered without prior notice. The illustrations and labels of the products may undergo modifications without prior notice, which will not alter the characteristics, quantity and quality of the products offered.

For the purchase of products at

      1.- Users must be of legal age and complete a registration on the web. The user is responsible for the veracity of the data entered in the registry.

LIMERENCIA reserves the right to reject any order even if it is paid, returning in this case the entire payment.


Payment of purchases and shipping costs will be made in accordance with the means of payment indicated at each time in the web portal. LIMERENCIA guarantees the client that each of the transactions made is 100% secure. All operations that involve the transmission of banking data are done using a secure environment. All the banking information that the client transmits us travels encrypted through the network.

Currently, the means of payment available are:

      1.- Credit / Debit Card: Payments by credit or debit card will be made through a bank payment gateway. The payment is made through the server of the bank, which guarantees the security of the client thanks to the protocol based on the SSL standard. This protocol makes the data sent encrypted by the network, as has been mentioned previously, in such a way that no one can intercept them or use them fraudulently. Therefore, the data of the card is transmitted directly protected to the POS (Point of Sale) of the bank and this information can never reach any other recipient.

      2.- Iupay: iupay is a digital banking system that allows you to carry out transactions over the internet reliably, safely and quickly. When using this platform, as it is connected to the main Spanish banks, you do not have to enter the complete information of the card. Only with a few digits of the card, the banks make the connection internally, preventing the user from having to enter all their data from the keyboard to the web.

In case the payment is denied, the order will be canceled and the user will be duly informed.


The products will be sent to the delivery address indicated by the customer, and the shipment will be managed by private courier and transport companies. The user agrees to provide truthful information to LIMERENCIA. You must provide data for a real address and with reception availability.

After placing the order and checking the payment and stock, LIMERENCIA guarantees the delivery to the courier company on the same (work) day of all those orders that are formalized before 12:00 hours (Spanish time). Orders placed on Saturday, Sunday and / or holidays will be processed the next business day.

Depending on the circumstances of the order, the delivery time may be 24 hours, 48/96 hours, or picked up at our sales office. For any order whose delivery address is outside Peninsular Spain, the delivery time will be longer and depend on the logistics company.

These delivery times are indicative, and could increase due to various problems (punctual unavailability of product) or unrelated to LIMERENCE (delays in delivery by the parcel or transport company). In any case, a delay in the delivery of the order, with respect to these indicated periods, will not entitle the client to demand any compensation.

The customer can return the order within a maximum period of 7 calendar days from the receipt of the order. The delivery invoice is valid as a guarantee of the product, and will take effect from the day on which delivery is made at the customer's address.

To return an order, the customer should contact LIMERENCIA through the email address, informing of the causes of the return. The products must be in perfect condition, with their original packaging, with their original seal without breaking and with all their accessories (according to Law 15/1/96 number 7/1996). Along with the order, you should send the copy of the packing slip that accompanied the shipment.

You can not change a product because it was not what the user thought. The user must ensure that the product purchased is the one he wants, by reading in detail the specifications of the product before placing the order. In case of doubt, you can contact us.

The customer will have the right to return a product if one of these situations occurs:

      1.- If the product purchased does not satisfy the user: they will have to return the product, bearing the shipping costs to LIMERENCIA.

      2.- In case the products are defective: the customer must provide evidence of the poor condition of the product. In this case, LIMERENCIA will determine the acceptance of return.

                 - If the return is accepted, the shipping costs of the product to LIMERENCIA will be born by the customer, and LIMERENCIA will take charge of the delivery of the new shipment, provided that the returned product is not different from the defective one

       3.- If the product does not correspond to the order made by the customer: LIMERENCIA will bear the cost of collecting the wrong product and the shipping costs of the new product.

In the event that a refund of the amounts paid is agreed, the price to be returned will be that originally included in the order and will be refunded using the same payment method used by the customer. LIMERENCIA will not return the amount until the reception and the condition of the product and its packaging are confirmed.



LIMERENCIA guarantees the product in the legally established terms. The total responsibility of LIMERENCI for any concept, will not exceed, in any case, the total value of the defective merchandise supplied. Deficiencies caused by negligence, bumping, use or improper handling, unsuitable tension, incorrect installation, or materials subjected to wear and tear due to normal use are not included.



These general conditions of purchase shall be governed and construed in accordance with Spanish law in that which is not expressly established in, visitors to this website and any person or company that uses or contracts any product or service provided in the same, expressly waiving any other forum that may correspond, subject, except in cases where it is not legally permitted, to the jurisdiction and competence of the Courts and Tribunals of the city of Jaén (Spain), to the resolution of any question that may arise about the interpretation, application and fulfillment of these conditions, as well as the claims that may arise from any use of this website.



The valid date for the realization of the invoices and the purchase price of our products will be the moment of payment in the web portal. Deviations from these general conditions of purchase, especially the reference validity of the buyer, require our express written authorization. All our products can undergo better techniques, change in color or availability, without prior notice.
